Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Bensalem Blood Drive storefront at bensalem-blood-drive.ninjastores.com, operated on the Ninja Stores platform. By accessing the storefront or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Orders and payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless noted otherwise and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order - for example, due to a pricing error, fraud, or product availability - and will refund any payment already taken.

Shipping and delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier or external factors outside our control.

Returns and refunds

Because the products sold on Bensalem Blood Driveare produced on demand and personalized, sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is lost in transit and never arrives, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a reprint or issue a refund to make it right.

Fundraiser contributions

Bensalem Blood Drive is a fundraiser supporting American Red Cross. When you buy a product, you are purchasing that product - your purchase is not a tax-deductible donation. A portion of the proceeds (the amount above our cost) is the money raised for the cause.

Funds raised are granted to American Red Cross through a third-party donor-advised fund (such as Every.org), not paid to the storefront operator. If the designated organization cannot be verified, is not in good standing with the IRS, or otherwise cannot be reached to receive the grant, the funds will instead be granted to a similar qualified charity. Disbursement timing depends on the receiving organization and its payout setup.

Designs and intellectual property

All artwork, logos, and product imagery on the storefront are the property of their respective owners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use store content for any commercial purpose without written permission.

By submitting any design or content to us (for example, in custom-order requests), you confirm that you own or have the right to use it and grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to fulfill your order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the storefront for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the underlying systems.

Disclaimers

The storefront and the products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bensalem Blood Drive and the Ninja Stores platform are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the storefront or your purchase of any product. Our total liability for any claim related to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of the storefront after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
